Table Mountain Walks: A series of collectible small works
Table Mountain Walks – Original Acrylic & Charcoal Paintings by Mary-Anne Flanagan.
These small landscape works capture scenes from two of Cape Town’s most loved hiking routes — the Pipetrack and India Venster paths on Table Mountain.
Painted in acrylic with charcoal line work on wood panel, each piece explores the shifting perspectives of the mountain paths: bright skies above wind-shaped pines, rocky trails cutting through fynbos, and glimpses of Lion’s Head rising in the distance.
At 30 × 20 cm, these small works are designed to be intimate and collectible. The natural wood panel edges remain visible, emphasising the object quality of the painting and making them ideal for shelving, desks, or small wall spaces.
They can be displayed individually or together as a Table Mountain triptych celebrating the experience of walking this internationally celebrated and cherished mountain.
